Wow! I just have to get on and give myself a little bit of praise! I worked hard today! Started off jogging, took on some tae bo, a couple hours later decided I wanted to bring it and did the Yoga Booty Ballet cardio workout and finished up with some strength training! Man do I feel GREAT!!!!

Wahoo!

Today has been a good day! Added another fitness DVD program to the lot of them and unburied all the barbells in the garage! Ok so I admit I am once again pumped up!

Just starting out.

Well, I started trying to get my act together at the beginning of the month but since then I have had a trainwreck of crazy happenings. Now that things are on their way to evening out I hope I can help myself back up.
